The nurses have shown me care and compassion which I think is the most important quality in a nurse. I’ve been lucky enough to have a single room with a television. The hospital is very clean just like a new pin.

The ward is far too noisy especially over the night shift, the nurses seem to forget that the patients are trying to sleep. Also the food isn’t very good I’m have a special diet to follow so I have found that the choice was very limited.

The nurses are friendly, I have a rest and ready to go home now. The hospital is very clean the domestic work very hard.

The food was not too bad, but I think more vegetables could be offered.

Everything about the hospital was brilliant, happy nurses. The hospital was also very clean.

I’ve loved the daytimes as I love people chatting to me and doing things that I thought I’d never do. Arts and crafts even baking it’s been amazing.

The night shift has been terrifying at times as they were nearly all agency and at times I was told to just urinate in my pad which is disgusting as I’m going home with a night carer. Told me I couldn’t get out of bed the lady opposite was also told this

No consistency of nursing staff didn’t ever have the same nurse. The heating is unbearable and to hot. The food is absolutely terrible. Only ever offered biscuits at tea time and didn’t even know that there was any fruit available which there was.

The therapy team have been excellent the nurses and had all work really hard

I have enjoyed the art work in the day room. Overall the care has been absolutely amazing.

My confidence has hugely improved. The staff are so kind and helpful always ready to help me. The food is good, I’ve been given lots of choices of different kind of foods.

No everyone has been wonderful.

All the staff are wonderful, I feel safe and really well looked after, I don’t won’t to go home I wish I could just stay here. I feel my mood is so much better since I’ve been in the hospital.

I have really enjoyed the activities down in the day room. Today I was able to join in with painting a large sunflower, and a pub quiz. The staff are very nice. It is really clean the girls are always mopping the floor and cleaning the tables.
